Completed in 1996, Samuel Grossi & Sons participated in the restoration work of the Philadelphia Academy of Music, located at Broad and Locust Streets in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. This $2 million project of the National Historic Landmark involved major structural work to the stagehouse and auditorium. A particular highlight was the replacement of existing 140 year old wood roof trusses with steel trusses.
